  1. So glad they’re doing a series about sleep, especially for kids. It really makes a difference in everything from their mental health to how well they’re doing in school.

  2. I really need to help my little get to sleep sooner, we all seem to be night owls. I have been switching bedroom light bulbs to ones that don’t emit blue light to help actually. Screen time I think might be our biggest issue. Thanks for the resource suggestions!

  3. I think its so important to have a sleep schedule. I even now go to sleep go to bed at the same time everyday.
