Cristy and I both had the same reaction when we starting discussing the Hispanicize 2013 (the annual event for Latino trendsetters and newsmakers in social media, journalism, marketing, film, music and innovation) – What are we going to wear!?!
We (women I’m speaking with right now) have all been there. We stand in front of our closets for hours, picking through our closet, trying on a million things before we find the perfect outfit – or at least settle on the one that makes us look the best. Then there are still the accessories to decide on!
Lucky for us, we have amazing friends at Swarovksi who heard about our woes and sent us some fantastic pieces from their collections. Day 1 was full of meeting up with old friends and making a few new ones. We kicked it off with a trip over to the beach in the absolutely gorgeous sparkling black arm cuff and the fun and stylish hoop earrings (Love the hoop earrings? You can win them! Check out the giveaway below.)

Hispanicize 2013 was filled with lots of learning and so we needed something to lighten the mood. This absolutely gorgeous Swarvoski cuff was a perfect match with Katherine’s aqua dress. The cuff brings in the fun colors of Miami Beach – the conference city host – and brightens up any outfit.
Tide’s #FabulousWhite Party meant all white outfits and for this group of Latina moms, it was quite a chore. Kids mean spills and spills don’t go well with white clothes. So after digging around our closets we had to pair our whites with great pieces. The Swarovski pendant pictured below made the fabulous white a little more fabulous! And Cristy tossed on these amazing Red drop earrings- they were a hit!
Cristy is wearing the same pendant pictured above in the photo below and Katherine has on another fun piece – a large multi-colored Swarovski pendant that brings in silver, gold and light browns. The piece matches almost every outfit.
