Each year, Bastille Day on 60th Street brings the best of France to New York for an afternoon of French food, culture, and entertainmen for the entire family.
For over ten years, Bastille Day on 60th Street has been the largest public celebration in New York commemorating France’s Independence Day (July 14, 1789) and France’s historic friendship with the United States.
The annual event comes back this weekend where you and your kids can celebrate your inner gourmet with a complimentary cooking lesson and tasting of French classics, like Tarte à la Tomate.
On Saturday, July 11, you can come meet two glamorous experts with a French touch: French cookbook author and the blogger behind French and Parfait, Cécile Delarue, who will share tips for creating easy yet delicious recipes, accompanied by Maille Mustard Sommelier Pierette Huttner, who will reveal all the facets of a French essential: Dijon mustard.
