Our founder Cristy has prided herself on her love of education and has instilled that love into her now teen daughters. As a young parent Cristy and her husband enrolled her twins into the My Florida Prepaid College Savings Plan.
Cristy became a My Florida Prepaid College Savings Plan Ambassador several years ago and has in turn hosted informational seminars and events as well interviews across the country in both english and spanish.
Most recently Cristy was interviewed in spanish by WINK News in Fort Myers, Florida. She discussed the importance of starting early and saving what you can no matter how small the amount. Cristy encouraged latin parents to involve themselves in the education of their children, and reminded them that the outcome will be far bigger than the sacrifice.
