This first-ever event produced by Los Tweens & Teens, the parenting website that positively impacts kids ages of 7-17.
“Teens & Me” is a unique experience with a purpose to create a dialog critical for parents and adults (teachers, counselors, mentors) to support healthy teens rooted in good mental health and education.
The event will also foster a conversation among kids ages 12-17 about the value of their own personal brand as they build positive college and professional resumes and stories from the very beginning.
“Teens & Me” will include 3 separate tracks: for adults, for teens and an experiential area for both. The exhibits will be the central location for both groups to gather and spend an afternoon together sampling brand partner products and services.
Ticket includes snack break, goodie bag, a copy of the book “Protected by Purpose” (one for each adult) and the following programming:
Adults Track Panel: “Your Conversations DO Mattter!”
A workshop on mental health, communication and how to manage teen anxiety as the second half of the school year approaches and beyond.

A powerful conversation with nationally recognized author Dorinda Walker about the transformation from being an at risk-youth, domestic violence victim, and mental illness sufferer to an award-winning Fortune 50 executive, community advocate and author of ‘Protected by Purpose’.
