As I’ve said before- Macy’s is one of my favorite retailers. During a recent shopping trip I noticed the signs for a new clothing and accessories line from Latina singing and acting sensation Thalia Sodi- how exciting! I have followed Thalia and her career for years. Her new fashion line is very Latina inspired, edgy, colorful and sexy. I love this collection of clothing, shoes, and accessories for moms of tweens and teens as it allows us to give our wardrobe a fun twist. With our kids getting older and finding their fashion styles, we have to make our own statements. My girls always have something to say about what I’m wearing. When I wear a new style I like to watch their surprise and reaction. Of course as a Latina, I can’t always relate to the clothing designer I’m wearing. In the case of Thalia, I can. I appreciate that she too has a more curvy figure and created her line with this type of body, shape and style in mind.

Ya que somos madres de hijos que están creciendo, tenemos que mantener nuestro estilo propio y quien mejor que una latina para que nos ayude lucir joven y bellas! And a Thalia Sodi Launch Party with tons of fun, music, and fashion is coming to a Macy’s near you to introduce and talk about the new line! Check out the Macy’s site to find an event near you and be sure to participate. Make it a fun family day. Some of the planned fashion show events around the country include:
